Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. What you are buying

A race entry for Ultra5K Munroe Edition is a service: the right to take part in the event on Saturday 6 February 2027 on Munroe Island, Kollam, Kerala. We do not ship physical products, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.

2. Confirmation and invoice

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email you a confirmation with your registration number, and a GST invoice, to the address you registered with.
This normally arrives within a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then write to hello@goatadvindia.com.

3. Race information

Race updates, your bib number, the race-day briefing and the mandatory kit list are sent by email, and shared in the runners' WhatsApp group, in January 2027.

4. Race kit

Your bib, timing chip and race tee are handed over in person at the race village on 5 and 6 February 2027. They are not posted.
Bring photo ID that matches the name on your entry. If you can't collect your kit yourself, write to us before race week and we'll tell you how to arrange it.

5. After the race

Finishers receive their medal at the finish line.
Results, e-certificates and race photos are published online after the race. We email you when they're ready.

6. If the event changes

If the race is postponed, shortened or cancelled, what happens to your entry is set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
